Awesome! Actually, while we're on the topic of skills, I think that the higher level skills should all be combos. the only one-hit skills are the starting ones. that way, once you lvl up, the higher level players will use their irl skills for the basic single hits and use sword skills for the combos once the opponent is open (given that you can only equip so many skills at one time.)

well alo- doest have skills like sao, and swinging a sword in alo is just like doing it in rl. Sword skills were introduced when aincrad was inserted into it.

I agree. And even the katana skills should have a lot of range or the ability to circumvent blocks or stuff like that.

yeah def, and i was thinking its been said that the best swordsman are supposedly able to slice an object in two and rejoin the halves together, as if it were never cut at all i think we should give that ablity to the katana skill when masterd and only works on food.

or like an ability that, when it's used, will cause the opponent to freeze for a couple of seconds then fall in half. It'd only do that if the slash would have killed them, of course.
