i thought of maybe adding in tiny towns on every couple of floors that are hard to find, and once found is over-run by hostiles, and once all hostiles are clear 2 game days afterwards npc's move back and a rare item is given for most hostiles killed?

I also agree, except for the part about just rewarding the most hostiles killed. I say a very rare item for the most killed, rare to uncommon for the top 20% or so of participants, and just some col for the rest. That way it gets a bit more cooperative and guild friendly. It would really suck to save an entire town and get nothing out of it because you killed 2 monsters less than this other guy.

Hey have you guys thought of being able to convert SAO's currency into real money? Like how they mention in the second season with GGO. I know this may be a stupid question but think about it. Lets say there would be different jobs in the game like being a waiter, or chef, etc that would earn you money in the real world.

No we wont do that, because we would have to get building set up in almost every country and then decide on a currency rate of col would be to real world, and then we would have to get permission from that countries government to be able to do that. That and it wasn't a feature of the anime in the lns/anime
